- Fidelma has been working as a Property Manager here at Eastment & Richards since joining the team in April 2006. She sees this as the beginning of a challenging and rewarding career. Her background is in Hotel management and various administration positions both here and in Ireland. Fidelma has a 'can do' attitude and takes everything in her stride. Being a mum of 4, she also has built-in organisational and time management skills. Her strengths are in dealing with the owners and tenants face to face (being Irish and having the 'gift of the gab' doesn't do her any harm either!).
