- Tracey commenced with Eastment & Richards Real Estate 10 years ago after previous years in managerial roles working in the food and hotel industries. Although not a local, Tracey has lived in Mackay for the last 23 years and loves the lifestyle and people. Always enjoying dealing with the public she decided to become a Property Manager, and to further the challenge, became our Rental Department manager. Tracey has a comprehensive understanding of all our owners and properties, making our business relationship more family oriented.
